Standard format: lyophilized
All catalog proteins are shipped as lyophilized powders unless stated otherwise. Lyophilized proteins tolerate ambient temperatures during transit, which keeps shipping simple, inexpensive and safe for the product. Each vial is sealed under inert conditions with a desiccant pack.
Lead times
In-stock products ship within 2–4 business days after payment or PO confirmation. Items marked “lead time” are produced to order; the estimated ship date is shown on the product page and confirmed in the quotation. Custom expression projects follow the timeline agreed in the project proposal, typically 3–5 weeks.
Carriers and destinations
We ship worldwide via international express couriers (DHL, FedEx). Standard shipping is prepaid and added to your invoice. If your organization has a courier account, we are happy to ship on it.
Customs and documentation
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice with HS classification and full product documentation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer; we provide any additional paperwork your customs broker needs.
On arrival
Inspect the package on arrival and report damage within 48 hours. Store lyophilized vials at −20 °C to −80 °C on receipt. Reconstitution and storage recommendations for each product are printed on its datasheet and COA.
